Hello my family and I are planning a move to the Augusta, GA area. We really don't know much about the areas above and I am wondering if there is anyone who could tell us some information about them both. One is the greenbrier area in evans and the other belair rd-jimmie dyess area in west augusta. We have driven around and found some homes we like in both. We are wondering what area is better for raising a family, closer by amenities, and better to live in. So anything would be helpful. Thank you!

Both are nice areas to live in honestly. The belair rd jimmie dyess area is only 5 to 10 mins to augusta mall . The greenbriar area is in evans so its close to the evans little strip on washington rd.

I live in the greenbrier area in evans. I would suggest the area to anybody moving to augusta.

A new neighborhood is being built everyday on jimmie dyess/belair. 10 or 12 neibghborhoods have pop up in less than 2 years. And very large one's at that.
