Sherman & Hemstreet president Joe Edge said the new site, which will be named “The James,” will be a four-story project consisting of 113 apartments and retail space on the bottom floor.

“There’s a need for Class A housing in the area, land available, so it’s just a matter of filling that demand,” Edge said.
