Cheesecake Factory is not expanding. Augusta is too small population wise for California Pizza Kitchen or Dave & Busters.

as much as Id like to see a Dave and Busters here, I just dont think it will happen. A quick glance at their website and their market requirements are a bit out of our league right now, mainly the 500,000 people within 10 miles of its location.

I really hope companies like this will come up with a toned down smaller version of their stores so they can enter new markets. California Pizza Kitchen has an ASAP line of stores which are smaller stores which i believe would do well in smaller markets without the risk of building their full blown stores in untested waters.

City has to have population of 500,000 within 10 miles of Dave and Busters location. Does Augusta have that? No. This is not hating on Augusta. This is fact. Augusta is not large enough yet to support D&B or CPK.
