Everyone talks about the mall and never talk about the Augusta Exchange at Robert C. Daniel Pkwy, why?

The Augusta Exchange is quickly dying. It will amaze me if the shopping center last another few years. If they upgrade the Target to a Super Target and add an entertainment complex with a combined bowling alley, skating rink, laser tag and arcade in the old Ashely Furniture building then I could see this center coming back other wise the Augusta Exchange will just become another retail memory.

Augusta exchange isn't dying i ride past it everyday. It will have only 3 empty store's circuit city, ashley's and goody's out of 50 store's. It has more cars than any strip/power center in the metro area including mullins crossing on a daily basis. The target is already a super target
