Ok, I plan to become a dermatologist, and I basically want to know if I will be able to thrive in Augusta, or should i move to Atlanta or Macon?

There are several thriving medical professionals in Augusta! Are you planning on starting a private practice or being employed? There are also successful private practices such as Internal Medicine Partners

Well you are going to have a much larger market in Atlanta.. but not sure how saturated that market is with dermatologists. Augusta tends to have more medical professionals per capita than the average for most cities its size.
You will probably have more opportunity in Atlanta, just because of its shear size.. next on your list would be Augusta.. then Macon.
