Unless there's a fundamental change in constitutional rights, which I believe is highly unlikely, I simply don't see that happening.

I think that's the question... what's to say we will not see a fundmental change in constitutional rights... given the current climate.

The nanny state is quickly becoming more and more obtrusive....

What constitutional rights are being challenged because a flag that represented treason, hate and racism was removed from state property?

I see nothing about removing the Confederate flag from government property as evidence of a "nanny state."

The naacp isn't a branch of the government. And they have the constitutional right to express their views on stone mountain or would u like to limit those rights?
