I went to the Flip Flop shop in Augusta mall for my first time two weeks ago. Was very excited with my purchase and pleased with the customer service, that was until less than two weeks later my $53.00 pair of Volatile wedge flip flops started ripping in four, count them four, different locations on the shoes. I called the Flip Flop Shop and the manager explained to me that there was not a way they could take them back because they had been worn, even though due to them being worn, for less than two weeks, they had fallen apart. I mean how are you suppose to know they will fall apart unless you wear them. So before you go and think, maybe buying the expensive shoes will allow me to just wear them for that much longer due to the great quality, think again!!! The manager even had the audacity to laugh at me condesendingly i assume due the the fact that I was asking so much, not really sure but will not be back.

Was in the mall last week...Aeropostale is remodeling, they have a temporary location in the old Abercrombie space on level 2. Champs sports also looks like they're going to be remodeling soon, saw them setting up a temporary space next to Build-a-bear.

A new store is going into the old Spencer's space, can't remember what it was now though, but it caught my eye...

Spencer's left? Swapping that with an eyebrow waxing place seems like an odd combo. When did Spencer's leave?
