Banana Republic and Icing by Claire's closed today in the mall. It's rumored Williams Sonoma, Forever 21 and the Loft are in negotiations currently with mall management on whether to sign another 5-10 year lease or not and a decision should be made by mid March. The Limited and Bucca Di Beppo also closed within the last month.

With these recent closings, it looks like the mall is struggling a little bit. Although to be fair, most of the retailers you listed are either struggling or going out business across the country. Also are their any rumored stores looking to come to the mall.

Augusta Mall is clearly struggling trying to release their spaces.
Over the last several years the mall has lost Coach, Cache, Ann Taylor, Coldwater Creek and now Banana Republic. All of these stores are considered "better retailers " in the mall leasing world
Some of these retailers did close all stores nationally others such as Ann Taylor and Banana Republic are closing just at Augusta because their customers is not there
Williams Sonoma will probably close
Sorry Augusta simply does not have the mass of better customers to support these better stores
The limited number of better customers in Augusta can shop better retailers on line thus stores do not need brick and mortar stores in the market
Augusta Mall is headed in the direction of Cumberland Mall in Atlanta...a mall geared to teens and early 20's shoppers
Adding bus service to the mall has certainly not brought a better customer to the property

I think Augusta mall will remain closer to Perimeter than Cumberland... Even though Cumberland is one of the best malls in Atlanta outside Phipps/Lenox.

Coach closed a lot stores including their Perimeter, NorthPoint, and Phipps location in Atlanta.

Limited is closing all 250 of their stores...
The Limited is shutting down its 250 stores and cutting 4,000 jobs | Fortune.com

Coldwater Creek closed numerous stores including 12 in Georgia

Cache filed for bankruptcy

Neither Ann Taylor or Banana Republic is just closing their 'Augusta' store.
From 349 in 2007, Ann Taylor’s store count declined to 245 in 2014, as the company closed more stores than it opened every year.
Forbes Welcome

Banana Republic is closing stores and even did at the nice Riverchase Galleria.
