Default Perferred Restaurant List

Preferred Restaurant List means that our Hotel will only mention your restaurant when asked. We like to have one of each type of delicacy.

I am GM at a hotel over on Riverwatch. I have been doing a managers reception for about 2 years. I would love to team up with some local restaurant in my area. We can do an entire package of showcasing your food, to in room advertisement, discounts left at the front desk, etc.

If you are interested in cross marketing, let me know. Comfort Suites is #3 on the trip advisor, so we have the guests that love to eat out every night.

World Wireless in Greenville, S.C., is opening stores for the wireless company in North Augusta, Aiken and Augusta within a month, said Charles Myers, the director of sales operations.
World Wireless is an authorized retailer for Cricket and is opening 11 other stores in the Southeast by next week, he said.

The owner of TakoSushi plans on opening a bodega at the Surrey Center in August...
Quote:
Local restaurateur Kevin Goldsmith is working with friend and longtime Atlanta chef Paul Albrecht to open the bodega, a Spanish term commonly associated with a neighborhood grocery store, later this year.
Bodega Ultima will be on the lower level of Surrey Center in the space formerly used by My Friend’s Place, a deli that closed more than a month ago.
Surrey Center also houses Gold*smith’s original TakoSushi location, which he opened 11 years ago. He now has five of the Asian-Southwestern-fused eateries open across the metro area.
The Bodega Ultima menu will pull dishes from Mediterranean countries including Italy, Spain, France, Israel and Turkey, Gold*smith said.
“The restaurant itself is going to be set up as the retail and tapas bar area that will hold 60-ish (diners),” said Goldsmith, who will add couches and tables on an adjacent 4,000-square-foot outdoor patio.
“It’s going to be a place where if you would rather sit on a couch, you can sit on a couch and still order tapas or a light bite and drinks and enjoy the outside and music,” Goldsmith said of the patio.
He expects to open Bodega Ul*tima in August for breakfast. The remaining portions of the establishment will open in the coming months.

By the looks of the building, you are definitely right about this being a small retail strip. It looks like it will be able to house 3-4 small retail stores, the size like you would find one of those vapors shops, or cell phone fix-it stores.

There are actually 3 in the metro area, one being in Evans and the other being in Aiken. The other 2 locations opened outside of the Augusta area and are in Columbia and Greenville.
