Actually ADP won't be the first to start construction..... It seems will have to wait another couple of weeks/months for ADP to break ground.... The rezoning sign is for the new retirement community....It's supposed to be a multi-family development targeted towards senior citizens....

Theres a wooded lot between the new community and ADP on frontage road, I guess that is the future area for the ADP expansion.

Theres a wooded lot across the street facing I-20.... Theres a wooded lot between ADP and the Parc at Flowing Wells construction(which I think Tckr83 is referring too). But the retirement community might take up much of that land when it starts construction. The land does open up towards Flowing Wells rd but its kinda small facing Interstate Pkwy(Frontage rd becomes Interstate Pkwy once you enter Richmond County).

Picture taken from April 2010, the land between Parc at Flowing Wells and ADP is too the right... The retirement community will be built in the space....

Either way this area in West Augusta is becoming fairly dense, ADP, T-Mobile, Highland Ridge, Parc at Flowing Wells, retirement community, Hull Storey, Flowing Wells Business Park, the midrise office building, and another future ADP building. Clearly the second most important business hub in metro Augusta outside of the CBD.

Interstate Parkway and Frontage road need to widen to handle the growth, I guessing lots of new sidewalks.
