Anyone know who still has the Heritage Dr Pepper? I picked up a 12 pack at the HEB in Oak Hill, but can't find it any more.

To those unfamiliar, Dr Pepper is celebrating it's 125 year anniversary by making some Dr Pepper "Heritage." It's made with cane sugar instead of HFCS. I think it's really good.

I've read about Dublin Dr Pepper that's also made with sugar, I suspect it's the same thing without the retro cans and such.

Anyone run across any around Austin? I've checked the HEB at the Y, Drippin, Far West, and Target in Oak Hill.

I regularly see them ("Dublin") in single bottles at the Central Market on Lamar (in the cooler section where the have the single drinks next to the prepared foods). AAMOF, it's where I tried it for the first time. Definitely a "different" taste. I would assume that the CM down south would also carry them?

I've seen the Dublin Dr. Pepper at HEB in Westlake, but I really think it's available at most HEBs. Don't know about the "Heritage" version. HEB even has a knockoff HEB-Brand Dr. Pepper copy with real sugar (as well as the regular knockoff version).

I even spotted some Sierra Mist made with real sugar(HEB, IIRC). "Everything old is new again." (Not that Sierra Mist is exactly a classic )

You can always get it on tap (along with a half dozen other "vintage" sodas) at Cabo Bob's Burritos...which is the best burrito joint in town by far.

The Doctor Pepper museum in Waco. Fun place. You might call them and ask too.

Up here in San Angelo the HEB doesn't carry the sugar Dr Pepper, but the Town and Country gas stations do!
