I got out of work today and smelled smoke and burning rubber. I thought it may have just been a car around be but it was everywhere I went. I was in Bee Cave area but I could definitely see some sort of "smoke" haze, and when I pulled up over the horizon there looked like there was a huge smoke cloud out toward downtown. Nothing on the news about it...not even in the weather section...possible it was thermal inversion but really looked like a fire. Anyone know about a fire out in the northeast austin or any clues to what was going on this afternoon?

Thank you... mystery solved. Interesting they had nothing on the news yesterday about it...I thought more people would be asking questions about it. Guess not. Thanks
