I'm 33. I was born and raised in CA. California is too expensive. I love it here, but it's not feasible in the long-run. I'd like to buy a home in Round Rock or Cedar Park, and rent it out till I can move there. Can you recommend an Austin property management company?

I'd like to wait for the properties to go down, but property values don't seem to go down; when they do, I can't bank on my timing being good.

There are so many property management companies listed in the Yellow Pages, and I prefer a recommendation. Assuming you have a rental property, Why do you like your property manager?
