If my math is correct, that is a 41% appreciation over 3 years!!!

What happens when the guaranteed yearly appreciation disappears like it did in 2008?

What strategy could you use to make your neighborhood seem "relatively" attractive?

Do you stick it out, or quietly cash out? (and move to Westlake)

I live in Bauerle Ranch and LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is central, close to so many things the city has to offer and because the neighborhood is not large, the pool and playground are always a great place to hang out. The homeowners association does a great job of keeping all shared equipment clean and working well and keeps the landscaping looking great. My neighbors are wonderful. My friends who live in Circle C loves to come to our pool with us because it is so much quieter and cleaner.
