We have noticed a huge amount of homes for sale in the Spring Branch subdivision in Kyle. Is there something wrong with that area to cause us concern? Just wondering.

There's a lot of investors with rental property in Kyle. Also, it's nearly impossible to sell an existing house in Kyle due to competition from all the new construction...last year they had a crazy amount of lots already approved for building...like 10,000. So it could be that the inventory just keeps building up due to it not moving at all.

Thanks, well that is good news for us then. Seems there are some reasonably priced homes with good square footage. Thanks for the feedback!
