It think there are a few inaccuracies, I just looked at the Onion Creek neighborhood, and the map claims that it's 60% hispanic, which is surprising.

Go to TravisCAD:

and type in 'Pinehurst' or 'River Plantation' (the two longest streets in the neighborhood) and look at the names of the homeowners - it's about 3% hispanic. That applies to every other street in the neighborhood, as well.

Well, considering that the neighborhood houses range from 250K to over 1mil (Austin avg. is around 200K), and this zip code is 11% renters (per city-data). That would mean that 60% of the neighborhood is renters, and the people they are renting to are 100% hispanic.

I doubt it.
