I want buy multicoker but I don't no what kind. I want buy some multi cooker which can
to fry, stew, slow cook, bake, boil, make soup, milk porridge, pilaf, steam etc. But on the google I can found mostly rice cookers, but I not a china girl and I hate rice. can you help me/ I am from Ukraine and I need something like

but I cannot found It on english, I think Panasonic sail it only in Russia.
Do i need buy a rise cooker? But I don't like rice! What I can buy in Austin and not expensive to make soup, stew, milk porridge and etc?

I don't know about using it to fry food, but the closest thing I'm aware of we use here is a "crock pot". It is generally a slow cooker, we often use for stew, soups, roasts, etc. The one we use has a low, medium and high setting which works for us. Get one that has a removable inner pot so its easier to clean.

Some of these programmable ones might give you the additional flexibility you are looking for.

Is it a pressure cooker?

Amazon.com: Panasonic SR-106N Automatic Electronic Pressure Cooker: Kitchen & Dining

If so, you should be able to find other brands of pressure cooker that will work. The housewares department in a department store like Macy's should have them on display. Not sure if you'll be able to find pressure cookers at discount stores like Wal-Mart or Target... they're a little unusual.
