You'll have to check with the Williamson CAD, but we faxed ours in to Travis CAD. All went well and they approved our protest.

I do have the homestead exemption on my home. My property value went up a total of $6,000 this year but that still brings my total property taxes to $6300 and some change, however, I can't fathom how in the world I can go from $5100 in late 09 to $6,300. There have been no improvements on the home. Seems extremely out of whack--especially considering the $5,100 figure is what was given when I closed.
