We recently moved into a house near Brushy Creek, in the Forest Oaks area. I'm curious as to what kind of cargo is being carried along the tracks just to the south of the creek. From following the map, I can see that it is the famous Mo-Pac line.

Should I be concerned that something may spill and leak? I'm not a worry wart, but I have lived in a town that had a chemical spill a couple of decades ago, so it's a concern.

Don't know that stretch at all, but the bulk of the MoPac traffic is automobiles, rock, and coal. There are chemicals transported (there was a vinyl chloride incident a few years back on the East side of RR), but they are a smaller portion of the manifest.
