Right now Austin is looking like the more attractive option due to cost of living. Most companies I've interviewed with are fortune 500 and tend to have consistent pay per role regardless of location.

I can get a place with marble counter tops, 2 Bedrooms in Austin for HALF the cost of a 1 Bedroom, place with OK aesthetics by the beach in San Diego.

You are a healthy,marketable, and intelligent young man. Move on down here while you can and enjoy! If you don't like it, you are young enough to try something different.

I've lived in San Diego.....liked it,but it is very expensive, and the beaches were o...k.....
