This city is going to cave in upon itself.

Even though they put in a classic act (as always), they kept it pretty fresh this year. Glad to see.

If you are bored you can play a "Where's Waldo" game of trying to find a non-white person in any of the pictures on the website.

LMAO, welcome to Austin. The most whitebread metro in Texas.

That's a pretty good lineup for acts though (I like Nas, Cee-Lo, and Kanye especially). I'm going to try and make it to ACL 2011. There will be at least one chocolate cookie.

That's a powerful lineup they have this year. With few exceptions, it's the who's who of what's hot today, most of whom are left of mainstream. It's what ACL should be.

Random Thoughts:

Arcade Fire as main headliner. Sure, why not.

Death From Above 1979 yesssss.

Randy Newman?

Sunday would be my favorite day to go. The Walkmen! Broken Social Scene! The aforementioned Arcade Fire and Death From Above!

Arcade Fire, yes. The Smith Westerns, Morning Jacket and Fleet Foxes would be my picks.

Really? So this is what it's like to get old. I have only heard of 11 of those bands and my rock is now classic rock. I can't wait to see Primus next week.
