Taterhead, I just sent you a PM. This is really odd, and very unlike Glades. I talked to her last week, just to talk and not because I needed something done. Give her a call back on her cell, and I would even follow up with an email. If I remember correctly, I had to do that too once. I hope she follows through for you, because their work is amazing! The best example I can give is that I have this intricately edged fireplace (the white stone type) and I wanted the stacked stone around it. I expected that they would have to caulk because the cuts wouldn't be perfect, but they were. Even two other stone contractors commented on how difficult that was to do, and how they did a PERFECT job!

If you are going to do any home theater/ flat panel tv installation I reccomend Billy at Professional TV Mounting. Great reviews, tons of previous work on his website, locally owned and very resonabley priced.
