According to the KVUE weather radar, there's a whole lot of something heading this way from Houston - hopefully it makes it our way and doesn't fizzle out!

I'm not expecting too much to move in from the Gulf; but I do expect some hit or miss showers this afternoon...more widespread than the ONE cell that soaked our Mississippi visitors at The Blue Hole yesterday!

With the rain in mind, we're planning some Underground Bowling this afternoon . Maybe that will help our chances.

In Steiner and finally got enough rain to have water gushing down the gutters.

But alas it is over. I suspect maybe we got 1/8 of an inch. Better than nothing!
