If they like food take them to the Salt Lick in Driftwood. It's like a Disneyland for meat.

Floating the Comal will be fun, and canoeing the lake is a blast, too...but get out there just before dusk and head over to the S Congress bridge to see the bats!

Just a few suggestions:

Eat/drink at Soleil, Uncle Billy's, or the Oasis itself, at the Oasis "complex."

Eat some tacos from Torchy's at a trailer.

Esther's Folliies

Rent a boat on Lake Travis

Gotta eat BBQ from somewhere good.

If you want to eat very nice - Hudsons on the Bend.

Well, they're really up for anything..not huge nightlife people..but i do want to show them some cool bars with good atmosphere and drinks. So, just a chill bar where people hang out. Nothing crazy.
We love water, music, food, and don't want to spend a lot of money. But i just really want to show them why Austin is so great. Up for anything as long it's reasonably priced.

Anything that you think someone who has never been here needs to see is what i was trying to say i guess!

I just have to ask...why would I take them to Whole Foods? It's a chain. They have them in New York too
