Most of the Red River clubs are not really hipster hangouts. They're more for the punks/metal heads/alternative music crowd. The hipster bars are east of I-35 along 6th St.

Here are some business establishments I've spotted in all the hipster neighborhoods:

1) Dive bars
2) Food trailers in parking lots
3) New condo construction
4) Coffee shops
5) Yoga studios
6) Trendy restaurants serving upscale pizza/burgers/barbeque and craft beers
7) Music stores that specialize in vinyl
8) Vintage clothing stores

Anything I'm forgetting?
