I've heard talks of two differnt burger places... but not stand-alones as that building is. I've heard them going into another building that hasn't been built yet.

I hope the corner restaurant is something decently upscale! No burger bar! Z'Tejas would be nice, and yes- a good Sushi spot would be even better! Put a sign up already!! I'm so anxious!

The burger Bar (if it is still happening isn't going to be in that spot) it would be in the strip part... Z'Tejas and a Sushi place seem to be the buzz... I agree I'd like a sign up too... Considering signs were not put up for anything except the Alamo maybe it isn't allowed until a constructed permanent sign is in place.

I really hope it's something different for the area. We have so many burgers and so much Mexican. I'm looking forward to 400 Rabbits. I have been wanting a good bar in the neighborhood and hopefully, it will be one.

Yes, I also have high hopes for 400 Rabbits, as well as the food at the Drafthouse. I like the 2 person table idea, instead of the tables across the entire row. I also hope the TCBY still happens.

Except if you go by yourself and end up fighting with the stranger next to you over the last queso fry.

I certainly agree with this, and especially not Flores. I would like a market-based place with fresh salads and homemade soups - not one of the chain places. But that is, I'm sure, a pipe-dream.

I agree... 400 Rabbits has got me really excited... and the corner restaurant I hope will get me just as excited. The TCBY is happening it shows the site under the company's website.
