Several people at work early in my son's office by the Pennybacker Bridge felt it.

4.8 quake just SE of San Antonio.

LOL! I have a snow globe in my office and it has a music box in it. It spontaneously played a little bit of music this morning and I thought to myself, "I wonder if that was an earthquake" and sure enough it WAS! LOL!

Would this have any effect on the Balcones fault? I didn't feel anything, and I was awake(although it was before my coffee, so who knows) :/

It was probably the other way around, but rather the Luling Fault Zone.
