Yes, and here is how the aggy band responded:

At about 2:50 in the video they start "sawing the horns off".

Real classy of A&M.

I wonder how all the school big shots from UT & A&M reacted up in the official suite?

Good riddance.

Not than it really matters, but I was a bit surprised how poorly Tannehill (sp?) looked at times. I know he got some pressure for a good portion of the night, but on the plays where he did get time, he often was wildly off-mark. Not that the significant hand full of drops his receivers gifted to his stats helped much. UT defense played great - especially the D-line - but aTm could have still had that game pretty easy with the UT anemic offense. Tannehill has looked much, much better most of the season.

Yes, classless, for sure. They made themselves look really bad, especially after the gesture of goodwill shown by the Longhorn Band.

if you were an aggie freshman the last time tamu won a bowl game (2001), you would be 28 now. Probably married, maybe a kid or two.

If you were an ag freshman the last time the ags won a conference title (1998), you would be 31 now, married, kids, house.

If you were an ag freshman the last time the ags finished in the top 10 (1994), you would be 35 now. The ags didn’t play in a bowl that year due to ncaa penalty.

If you were an aggie freshman the last time the ags finished in the top 5 (1956), you would be 73 now, retired, grandkids. The ags didn’t play in a bowl that year due to swc penalties.

If you were an ag freshman the last time the ags won a mnc (1939), you would probably be dead now, but if you weren’t you would be drooling in your jello at an old folks home at the age of 90.

If you were a ut freshman the last time texas did all of those things (2005), you would probably be graduated now

What a shame we have to miss out on all those great Aggie jokes. Our culture is less for it.

ScoPro - your photoshopped post showed far LESS class than the Longhorn band showed with their fine halftime performance.

Of course the picture is low class - it fits Texas A&M just fine - that is the point.

Fan photoshops are just Internet smack, and that picture done by a UT fan is very mild, IMO. It made me laugh.

On the other hand, it in NO WAY compares with the official actions of a D1 university organization.

In view of Texas A&M's two year-long classless and immature behavior from the president of the university down to the aggy band concerning realignment & their departure to the SEC, your reply to me is misplaced.

You should read what the A&M president & athletic director have written in official emails & newsletters over recent months, plus statements made to the media. Maybe then you might realize the scorn that institution so richly deserves from their opponents' fans is more than justified.

I, along with the majority of Texas fans who post online, am happy to see A&M leave. Good riddance to them and don't let the door hit their butts on the way out.
