It might be a little late in the game. My husband's company went to UT last month and have already started interviewing and some of the people they called in already had offers from the companies that have been suggested. But check it out anyway. He said he'd ask at work to see if they are still bringing people in. I'll PM you if I find out they are still taking resumes.

If you are early in your undergraduate degree, next year you need to start looking into it at the beginning of the school year. Good luck!

And dude! As a UT grad you are embarrassing me relying on Hoffdano and C-D to do your own basic research!

Go acquaint yourself with the UT libraries, try reading some the annual reports of the companies that have been listed, learn how to handle the databases that you have access to as a UT student.

Check out the Austin Technology Council. Pretty much includes every Tech company in Austin. This list includes the big names you'd expect as well as some decent size tech start-ups.

That's a nice list. But it is missing many notable companies. IBM for example.

I didnt bother to respond either as the OP should show some initiative and dig up the info himself. The prior lists are good, here are a few others that werent mentioned:
