What's the latest on this case? Last I recall, our fair city lost another round, and appealed to the Texas Supreme Court which was still deciding whether or not it would hear the case. But that was over a year ago... Anyone have any updates?

Quick summary for those who don't know: it's a ~10 year eminent domain legal battle over the block of land where the new convention center parking garage sits. And yes it's the same Harry Whittington that Dick Cheney infamously shot in the face
