Anybody want to bet they don't get 2/3 of 'original asking price'? Fairly spartan accommodations; but they would do in a pinch.

TCAD appraisal at construction in '08 for $1.9M which is probably what they paid for it. No wonder it hasn't sold. It's way overpriced.

and the pool is in the front yard. a bit weird but surely for the views of the lake.

It has to be within the LTISD boundaries and waterfront for me to pay that much!!!

In the article it states that the realtor listed it 100 days ago to get exposure. So, they probably intentionally overpriced it quite a bit knowing that they'd auction it off.
