agreed, the houses I have seen in cold springs all look like DR Horton houses on the level of the houses in the Avery Ranch Highlands and the development next to Gupton stadium. Nothing wrong with the houses just basic.

Mostly like the builders. They're more of a custom home but the yards tend to be on the smaller side unless you can afford the 70' lots.
