Used to buy a lot of stuff at Quality, but lately it seems they are not up to par. Both Whole Foods and Central Market are our go to places when we want really fresh seafood. It's ain't cheap, but it's definitely good quality.

Yep, yep, and yep.

Personally, I'd start with Central Market. 4001 North Lamar Boulevard, Austin, TX 78756 (512) 206-1020

Quality Seafood is the wholesaler Central Market and (I think) Whole Foods uses.

They're OK, but if you can't find better BBQ in the Austin area, I don't think you're really trying.
Sorry, I remembered that incorrectly. The place was called Roadside BBQ, and there are just two, in San Francisco and San Rafael. I have never been to Texas Roadhouse. I admit that I have been so disappointed with Texas BBQ that I no longer am looking. So you are right that I am not trying at this point.

Sorry, what? There are certain things I will not abide - this is one of them.

If you've been to Kreuz' Market, Smitty's in Lockhart, Mueller in Taylor, City Market in Luling, and Franklin's here in Austin you can't possibly be disappointed.

Maybe they're sending the good stuff over to Central Market now? Dunno, but I agree that they seem to have slipped a bit.
