Depending on how many people you have you can try the Wells Branch Community Center. Pretty close to P-ville and even the out of district prices are better than most hall rentals. You can check it out at
Community Center Rental . You can also try a VFW or American Legion Post as well.

The Green Red Barn
The City of Pflugerville owns The Green Red Barn, which is pretty reasonable for rental. It would also be a fun place for an older kids' party.

I'd recommend the Pflugerville Event Center it's on Dessau past the HEB on the left hand side. It's behind the gas station inside a completely empty strip mall. I imagine you'd get the place for free basically. I drove by about a year ago and saw some girl's Sweet Sixteen going down there.
