Default Apartment in Clarksville

Hi!

Don't know anything about the specific apartments but the location is GREAT. This is the heart of Clarksville which is a very cool downtown neighborhood. You will be within walking distance of the new Whole Foods, tons of restaurants and neat shops. It's a busy area, of course, but I'm sure you know that due to its proximity to downtown. I can't imagine that this is a large complex since the area has mainly smaller old homes.

I would be happy to drive by the apartments if you like. Just let me know.

Thanks for the reply and the offer to drive by. I am looking to sublet there for Nov and Dec. After that they are turning them into condominiums!

Default Apartment Report

Hi!

Drove by the complex today. It's on a dead-end street that is mixed-use with houses on one side and three apartment complexes on the other. The one you're subletting in is in the middle of the three. It looks fairly old and kind of run down. Also, I imagine it does not get a lot of natural sunlight since it's wedged between the other two buildings.

But, I definitely wouldn't let any of that stop me from renting for two months cause the location is still great. Hope this helps.

And DT, man, I feel like a woman.

Hey, thanks a bunch. Yeah, from what I saw of the photo I kinda knew it was not going to be a permanent place. But I never under value a roof over my head!
