Yearly. They aren't going to spend so much on a track for one race. Several other venues are racing there also, already signed up.

Yearly for as long as the F1 contract exists. At one point it was a 10 year contract, but the details are really not known.

The 2013 F1 race in Austin is scheduled for nov 17:

Form what I understand F1 will be back next year, after that it's anyone's guess.

May be the only race.

The Mayan Calendar runs out and the world ends in December.
har, har, har!! He he he.

Seriously though, Once an F-1 race is sanctioned, it is a yearly event and rarely not continued, unless there is unrest and rebellion in the nation of the scheduled race.
