You can find them at UT (there is a small mosque at West Campus) and at the North Austin Mosque:
NAMCC

and at the Masjid Khadija
Welcome to The Islamic Center of Greater Austin

The Sunni Muslim community in Austin is very diverse and of course includes African Americans.

If you're referring to Minister Farrakhan's Nation of Islam sect, they had a temple at E.12th & Chicon St.; but, they may have moved in recent years.

I think they moved to 7901 Cameron Road - to the building where the state agency I was previously employed with was housed.

E.T.A., I don't think it's a temple. I just looked it up, and it appears to be a study center.
