I will let my wife know she plays at Courtyard!

Best of luck and glad you didn't open downtown!

I stopped by to see Trent last Friday afternoon and the foot traffic was excellent. That center has had its ups and downs; but the restaurants are quite popular and specialty shops like The Tennis Shop will benefit from that traffic as well as bring in their own 'destination' customers.

It's interesting that the last retail tennis shop in Austin was located in that same center(closed over 5 years ago). With proximity to the Courtyard, ACC and Westlake, it seems like an excellent location. Another excuse to enjoy the vistas in the area instead of slogging up and down 183 or the Mo all the time.
