Pulte just lopped of 30K off the prices of homes in the Premier Series at Highpointe. Guess it's a bit slow for them out here.

Last time we were out there checking out the Whilshire model homes, we stopped by Pulte and I commented to the salesperson it seemed strange that Pulte sold lots to Whilshire. He said it didn't make the local salespeople happy, but it was to help out their team in other states, which I suspect meant CA. Anyways, selling lots, and now price cuts, sounds like Pulte is really hurting.
