Nothing planned that's going to be that big. Pretty significant geographic spread you're looking at, so I hope you've planned around your commute (or that it's not going to be an issue).

Assuming you're looking for new construction, you may want to try Ranch at Brushy Creek, and they're still building in Steiner Ranch.

Nothing approaching the scale you're talking about, or new. Shadow Glen would be the closest, but that's miles away from the other areas you said you were looking in.

Mueller is that big. And, unlike the others, actually in Austin. It's maybe a quarter developed. Brand new homes are being built now and will do so for the next 5-10 years.

I thought Mueller was in the 600 home territory, including all the multi-family units?

I won't even get into the whole fact that Avery, circle C and Steiner are in Austin as well.

Scratch that 600 assumption. The long term plan is huge.

Looks like 1500 houses easy, before the multi-family

Interesting approach. Both Circle C and Steiner have some significantly older homes than the oldest in Avery Ranch(~10 years for the oldest). A few hundred homes have been built in Avery in the past 4 years...new construction continues today.

However, both Circle C and Avery are quite a bit larger than the 1500-2000 homes you mentioned.
