Are they building out extension of Neenah Ave to intersect at Pearson Ranch Road?

It's my understanding that the developer is responsible for the majority of that project and it will be on hold until PP is well beyond its current build-out. That could be just message board rumor; but seems reasonable given the delay in the overall project. Since that road would provide better access to the school, it may be that the city would get involved earlier.
