likely in the baranoff school district. We won't be there till june, I sincerely don't know if that makes a huge difference.

If you're not coming until June, there isn't anything you can do right now. Most houses don't come on market until about a month before they will be available, due to the standard 30 day move-out notice used by most landlords/tenants.
