Yes California is not for everybody you have to bleed ...Blood Sweat and Tears to live out here ( for the
Topography and Weather ) and quirky Vibe that only California has.

That why everybody is heading for Texas it's sort of like California Lite...don't hit me , put that gun down
and just watch your cost of living go up as you become ..more and....more and...more attractive. Just
like California did once upon a time.
