lol yes I am serious.
I looove Zio' chocolate cake. All of the frosting is this thick, rich chocolate ganache. I don't want to drive to Georgetown. Any recs on a place that has a killer chocolate cake to buy- either by slice or whole?
Cake must be moist, but have more thick chocolate ganache than cake.

Kid just had a piece like that at Flightpath Cafe! Don't know where they get it.

But it shouldn't be hard to find, Central Market, Whole Foods, Sweetish Hill, the Upper Crust, Quacks' 43th Street Bakery, Sugar Mamas . . . I'm sure one of them will have a cake to suit you.

Quack's has a chocolate gananche and they supply a lot of places in town, I'd start with them.

Chocolate ganache cakes are all over the place. Aside from stand alone bakeries, Whole Foods carries a ganache cake -- you can read about it online. As does CM. Costco does as well from time to time (and they receive rave reviews as do all of their specialty cakes).
