Vineyard Bay is fantastic. We came really close to buying a house there. It was beautiful and the lake access is a real plus. Only downside is it is a bit of a trek to the grocery store.

Thanks so much guys for all the info. I am researching all those neighborhoods as we speak.
The Zen Gardens house does have a private tennis court with lights... and not one of those teensy little "sports courts" either. I guess that pushes the price up, but you might get them down. They're competing with new builds in The Bluffs and most people want a new build - why, I don't know. I'd much rather have somebody else have to pay for the pool and landscaping!

Looks a little out of my price range but very nice.

Yeah I love that Court.
It's lovely...but where on earth is it? I looked on the map and honestly, I have no idea how to get there. Is it off of 620?

It's in Steiner Ranch. The Bluffs and Santaluz are at the back of Steiner, down Quinlan Park Road, only about a 10 minute walk to the lake. The Bluffs is a small gated community - I'm guessing about 20 houses - all on 1-2 acre lots, luxurious houses, some with Lake Austin views.

I just looked it up on Google maps - it looks like there is nothing behind the house, all the way to Lake Austin - just walking trails. I think I've found another good dog walking spot!
