If you are in the left lane and going the speed limit or even slightly under it BUT you are in the process of passing someone and will pull in front of them when you do pass, I have no problem with you. What incenses me is the person who gets in front of me and makes me slow down because---good heavens---they are on their cell phone and can't pay attention. And then they weave and bob because they;re trying to wedge that phone between their shoulder and their ear as they change gears.
