interesting poll? since i live 4 miles south of dt on south congress i keep wondering when that mile between ben white and stassney will start to develop. been waiting years for a coffee shop, or brewhouse. at least hill's cafe and a few taquerias are walking distance, but it just seems like developers would want to do something at that huge vacant lot where the st. elmotel was. i've heard rumors of a possible spaceport, but i think midland-odessa will get that first. hope ya'll know that last comment was b.s.
