So Circle C is much closer to Austin?..or its part of Austin?...Know of any good housing tracts in Circle C. I am also assuming housing costs are higher in Circle C?.Thanks

Default Cedar Park has definitely changed...

I've lived in Cedar Park now for seven years and I can attest to the fact that it's hardly a rural area. There has been an incredible amount of growth here. A really good source of information on the community, what's coming, market values, etc. is the Community Impact newspaper. You can read the February issue as well as back issues here...
