sounds like your new to town? You learn how to cope with it:

don't watch weather reports, btw the weather report says cool down and maybe rain next week...

stay inside from 11am to 7pm

100 degrees isn't as bad as it sounds, remember the early mornings and nights are great!

Thanks for the response.

I still currently reside in Pensacola, FL. I just completed my BAS in healthcare management and am in the process of obtaining my BSN. It will be another two years before I am able to move.

It's not only that it's really hot and humid in Austin, it is so for six months of the year. And it's brutally hot from mid-July until mid-September, so good luck over the next two months...
