She did. It's now off of 1825 (I think) near the Watertank Restuarant.

Next time I go, I'll get the exact address.

I'm not 100% sure if they're open fo Thanksgiving, but I'm pretty sure they'll have Turkey next week.

I saw in yesterday's XL that Hoover's is serving for Thanksgiving. They have that new north location on 183 which wouldn't be too far from Cedar Park. Their portions are enormous, so even if it wasn't buffet style, they should serve up a pretty good plate!

Dot's Place info: Dot's Place, Waterloo Ice House's HAAMburgers, spinach and more

Also there is another Hoovers by me on the South-bound side of 183 in between Anderson Mill and McNeil/Spicewood Springs.
I like Dot's better.

OK, so my question is similar but slightly odd: my husband and I just moved to Austin from out of state and want to dine out for Thanksgiving on Wed. night, as we will be flying and in airports all day on Thursday headed to hawaii for vacation...so anyone know of Wednesday night Thanksgiving dinners in Austin?? Thanks!!

I don't know if you will get an actual Thanksgiving dinner, but if it's turkey, dressing, gravy, sides and dessert, I would recommend either Threadgills or Blackeyed Pea. Both have turkey and dressing on their regular menu and both are good.

If they're open on Thanksgiving (and I just heard that they are, for lunch), I'd head to the Monument Cafe in Georgetown. I'm pretty sure they'd do a Thanksgiving dinner up right.

You will eventually have to go downtown to Moonshine for the brunch - they do have a bar and a really extraordinary buffet - go hungry!
Cedar Park is pretty quiet on Sunday but things have picked up lately!
Doubt there will be much open in CP on Thanksgiving day.
